Price list brokerage fee for mediation during the purchase, substitution and rental property

FOR SALE ( brokerage fees charged by the principal as a percentage of the total agreed amount of the purchase price )
• The highest total brokerage fee : 6 %
• Lowest total brokerage fee : 4 %
Sales ( referral fee when selling a property , paid by the seller )
• 2-3 % ( the minimum amount of 500 € in RSD counter to the agreed price of the real estate brokerage to 25,000 €)
Shopping ( referral fee when purchasing a property , paid by the buyer )
• 2-3 % ( the minimum amount of 500 € in RSD counter to the agreed price of the real estate brokerage to 25,000 €)
Substitution ( brokerage fees will be charged by each side to replace )
• 2-3 % ( the percentage is calculated on the value of the property by the side glass replacing, the minimum amount of 500 € in RSD counter to the agreed price of the real estate brokerage to 25,000 €)

LEASE
Landlord ( intermediary compensation from the lessor )
• The percentage of the monthly rent
• Minimum : 50 %
• For a lease of 12 to 59 months : 75 %
• The minimum lease period of 60 months ( 5 years) and over 100 %
Tenant ( brokerage fee from the tenant )
• The percentage of the monthly rent
• Minimum : 50 %
• For a lease of 12 to 59 months : 75 %
• The minimum lease period of 60 months ( 5 years) and over 100 %

VAT ( value added tax at 20 % ) is included in the price .
