One must be clarified as a Seller in order to appear in the real-estate purchase case.

A Seller proves his/her ownership according to legally valid documentation, which has to be original, verified by the competence court and containing the Republic Department of Public Revenue clauses of the municipality in charge which indicate that absolute rights transfer is regulated.

It is necessary to have a new copy of the ownership certificate-title. If the real-estate is not registered, complete original documentation with the seals from the Department of Public Revenue is required, including the first and the current owner.

In accordance to above-mentioned facts, we conclude that there is a legal sequence from the first to the current owner. When all conditions are fulfilled, a Buyer or the current real-estate owner shall register the property on his/her name.
