TRANSFER OF RIGHTS REGARDING A TELEPHONE CONNECTION
A telephone line is transferred from a Buyer to a Seller after verifying a Purchase Contract, by a mutual visit to a post-office customer service, where a Buyer applies for a telephone line user’s name change and a Seller checks out and enters a new address. It is essential to have Purchase Contract and ID cards photocopies.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS REGARDING ELECTRIC METER
The transfer of rights regarding electric meter is done by a Buyer. A buyer takes a Purchase contract photocopy and the last electricity bill to an office in charge at Electric Power Distribution Belgrade. It is located in either Masarikova or Požeška Street, depending on the municipality of the real-estate.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS REGARDING PUBLIC UTILITIES
The transfer of public utilities is performed by a Buyer. A Buyer takes a Purchase contract photocopy to a branch of the Public Utility Company which is in charge of the real-estate.
